Minyan App SMS Opt-In Flow

This page documents, for carrier review, exactly how end users consent to receive SMS from Minyan App. Registration occurs inside the Minyan App mobile application; there is no public web signup form. The screen below is the registration step where the phone number is collected and consent is disclosed.

Where consent is captured

During in-app registration, the user types their own mobile number and taps Continue. The consent disclosure appears directly beneath the phone number field, on the same screen, before the user proceeds. No box is pre-checked; tapping Continue after entering a number is the user's affirmative action. The user then receives a one-time verification code and must enter it to complete registration. SMS is sent only to this self-provided, verified number.

What we do not do

No marketing SMS. No messages to third parties. No messages to unverified numbers. Invitations to gatherings are shared through the user's own device share sheet; the app never collects or texts another person's number. Opt-in data is never shared or sold. Reply STOP at any time to cease all SMS.
